Why video
Video shows people, atmosphere and voices in a way text cannot. When your leader explains a decision in their own words, or an employee shows their work, people get close. That requires a clear story before the camera is switched on. That is why we always start with the script and the message, so the film says the right thing in 15, 30 or 60 seconds.
