At Reach PR, we take the protection of your personal data seriously. Here you can read which data we process, why we do it, and which rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. Purpose of the processing

We process data in order to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory and PR services, manage customer relationships, invoicing and partnerships, and improve our communication and website.

3. Data we collect

This may include name, email address, phone number, company information, correspondence and technical information about the use of the website, including cookies and IP address. We only collect data that is relevant to the purpose.

4. Legal basis

The processing typically takes place because it is necessary to fulfil an agreement, comply with a legal obligation or pursue Reach PR's legitimate interest in running and developing the business. Where necessary, we obtain consent.

5. Storage and deletion

We only store data for as long as necessary. Accounting records are kept for up to five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

6. Disclosure of data

We only disclose data when it is necessary to deliver our services, for example to accounting, hosting or IT providers. Providers process data under agreement and in accordance with applicable rules.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing or receive your data. Write to frederik@reachpr.dk if you want to exercise your rights.

8. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how we process your data, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, or via datatilsynet.dk.

9. Changes
